  • Patient Testimonials: Our healthcare clients may share patient testimonials, reviews, or stories with us for digital publication.
  • Mandatory Release Policy: We publish patient testimonials solely upon the express representation and warranty by our healthcare clients that a valid, legally binding HIPAA privacy authorization and media release form is active and on file with the respective client. For minors, we require the healthcare client to confirm that the parent or legal guardian has provided all legally required consent and releases before SoClients receives, uses, publishes, or distributes content involving a minor.

  • The Site and Services are not directed to children under 13, and SoClients does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13.

  • Meta Business Suite: We access and manage client accounts strictly through official Meta Business Manager
    protocols to publish on-trend, approved content.
  • Google Reviews & Anonymity: We assist clients in monitoring and responding to patient reviews on Google Business Profiles. Any posting or response handled on behalf of a client complies with the respective platform's terms of service. We do not engage in deceptive data collection or fraudulent review practices.

  • Respond to inquiries, send demos, and communicate about services.
